THE FLORIDA BAR Re Mary Alice GWYNN.


The uncontested report of the referee is approved and Mary Alice Gwynn is reinstated effective immediately under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and stipulation.

Mary Alice Gwynn is further placed on probation for two years effective immediately under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and stipulation.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399–2300, for recovery of costs from Mary Alice Gwynn in the amount of $2,322.38, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing and, if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this reinstatement.
