MEMORANDUM OPINION


In his petition for writ of mandamus, relator complains that the probate court has failed to act on his "Application to Determine Heirship." Based on the record filed, relator's request for relief is not ripe at this time. Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus. Tex. R. App. P. 52.8.
