MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator contends the trial court erred in granting a temporary injunction. Relator has not shown that it does not have an adequate remedy at law. See Tex. Civ. Prac. Rem. Code Ann. § 51.014(a)(4) (Vernon Supp. 2007); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8 (a).
