Good cause appearing, the above-entitled cases are consolidated for purposes of oral argument and opinion.
Oral argument shall be 90 minutes (45 minutes for defendants and 45 minutes for the People). Defendant Buycks shall make opening arguments, followed by the opening arguments of Defendant Valenzuela and petitioner Guiomar. Thereafter, the People in People v. Buycks shall make their argument, followed by the argument of the People in People v. Valenzuela and In re Guiomar. Defendants Buycks and Valenzuela and petitioner Guiomar may each reserve time for rebuttal, which would be presented in the order indicated above.
