IN RE JUSTIN GUILLORY

On Petition for Writ of Mandamus.

Before Justices Benavides, Longoria, and Tijerina

ORDER

PER CURIAM

Relator Justin Guillory has filed a petition for writ of mandamus and an emergency motion for temporary relief regarding an order allowing Guillory's presuit deposition to be taken under Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 202. See Tex. R. Civ. P. 202.

The Court, having examined and fully considered the emergency motion for temporary relief, is of the opinion that it has merit. Accordingly, we grant the emergency motion for temporary relief, and we order the presuit deposition to be stayed. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.10(b). We request the real party in interest, Oil Patch Group, Inc., or any others whose interest would be directly affected by the relief sought, to file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus on or before the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of this order. See id. R. 52.2, 52.4, 52.8.
