Original Mandamus Proceeding

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2016CVF0015272 D2, styled Heron Guerra, Jr. and Maria Guerra v. State Farm Lloyds and Steven T. Dobbins, pending in the 111th Judicial District Court, Webb County, Texas, the Honorable Monica Z. Notzon presiding.

ORDER

On May 11, 2017, Relators filed a petition for writ of mandamus. On May 18, 2017, Relators filed a motion for emergency relief. The court has considered the petition and is of the opinion that Relators are not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus and motion for emergency relief are DENIED. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). The court's opinion will issue at a later date.
