No. 66641-0-I.
Filed: June 20, 2011. Unpublished Opinion
Appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court for King County, No. 07-2-00932-9, Eric B. Watness, J. Pro Tem., entered September 30, 2010.
Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.
In No. 60742-1-I, a panel of judges rejected the arguments of Janet O'Brien, affirmed the trial court, and awarded the guardianship of Dorothy Grega reasonable attorney fees on appeal. A commissioner awarded fees and costs to Donna Mae Kirley as temporary guardian for Dorothy Grega. The mandate issued on June 11, 2010.
Donna Mae Kirley, as executor for the Estate of Dorothy Grega, filed a motion to enter a judgment on the attorney fees and costs awarded in the mandate. On September 30, 2010, the superior court entered a judgment for the Estate of Dorothy Grega against Janet O'Brien in the amount of the attorney fees and costs awarded in No. 60742-1-I.
Janet O'Brien filed a notice of appeal of that judgment. In her brief, O'Brien raises arguments that were raised or could have been raised in her prior unsuccessful appeal. She raises no issues related to the procedure utilized to enter the judgment for attorney fees and costs awarded in the mandate in No. 60742-1-I. Because O'Brien provides no authority allowing her to revisit the same issues rejected in her prior unsuccessful appeal, and she does not demonstrate that she is entitled to any relief on appeal, we affirm.
