No reporter's record has been filed in this case. On July 23, 2020, the trial court sustained the court reporter's contest to appellant's Statement of Inability to Afford Payment of Court Costs. Unless appellant pays or make arrangements to pay the court reporter for preparing the record, and provides this court with proof of payment, on or before August 13, 2020, we may consider and decide those issues or points that do not require a reporter's record. See Tex. App. P.37.3(c).
