Summary of Misconduct:

Ms. Gryder, who was licensed in 2001, was suspended for one year and until further order of the Court. She neglected seven client matters, made false statements to clients, practiced law while removed from the Master Roll of Attorneys, and made false statements regarding her registration status.


Order of the Court:

The petition by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to impose discipline on consent pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 762(b) is allowed, and respondent Jo Ann Gryder is suspended from the practice of law for one year and until further order of the Court.
