The petitions for accommodation of Sam Grundwerg, Shana Zipkin and Lewis Niad in connection with the July 2004 Bar Examination are granted subject to the following conditions:

1. Grundwerg, Zipkin and Niad will be permitted to take the three (3) essay questions of the 2004 Bar Examination during an early time period on Tuesday morning, July 27, 2004, from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. By the time they complete this portion of the examination, all other examinees will be in session answering the identical essay questions. Grundwerg, Zipkin and Niad will have the remainder of Tuesday, July 27, 2004, to observe Tisha B'Av.

2. Grundwerg, Zipkin and Niad will return to the testing site on Wednesday, July 28, 2004, and submit to Part B, the Multistate Bar Examination, along with the other bar applicants.

3. Grundwerg, Zipkin and Niad will submit to the remainder of Part A (100 multiple choice questions) on Thursday morning, July 29, 2004, at the time and place designated by the Florida Board of Bar Examiners and deliver the affidavit as required herein.

In addition, Sam Grundwerg, Shana Zipkin and Lewis Niad shall be and remain sequestered from all other test takers and shall execute and file an affidavit under the penalty of perjury that they have not discussed or obtained any of the questions on the July 2004 Bar Examination prior to appearing for administration of the final day of testing on Thursday, July 29, 2004.
