MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator Elyse Grubb seeks mandamus relief to compel the trial court to vacate its orders quashing the depositions of Susan Solis and Jana Hartnett and awarding attorney's fees as sanctions.
The underlying case is In the Interest of C.S.C., a Child, cause number 2016-02373, pending in the 246th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Charlie Prine presiding.
We deny the petition. Any pending motions are dismissed as moot.
