MOTION DECISION

HECTOR D. LASALLE, P.J. WILLIAM F. MASTRO, REINALDO E. RIVERA, MARK C. DILLON, CHERYL E. CHAMBERS, JJ.

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Joel A. Grossbarth for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Grossbarth was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 23, 1994, under the name Joel Allann Grossbarth. By opinion and order of this Court dated November 20, 2013, Mr. Grossbarth was disbarred, effective March 19, 2013, and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

We find that Joel A. Grossbarth, admitted as Joel Allann Grossbarth, does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.

LASALLE, P.J., MASTRO, RIVERA, DILLON, and CHAMBERS, JJ., concur.
