Summary of Misconduct:

Ms. Greenberg, who was licensed in 1984, was censured for failing to disclose to a client that she had a financial interest in the sale of certain title insurance to the client relating to the client's sale of real property. She also initially failed to cooperate in the disciplinary investigation.


Order of the Court:

The petition by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to impose discipline on consent pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 762(b) is allowed, and respondent Sharran Greenberg is censured.
