An unpublished order of this Court having been entered on September 26, 2016 (M-4542), accepting the resignation of petitioner (who was admitted to practice as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York at a Term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court for the First Judicial Department on September 24, 1998), and removing his name from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law in the State of New York, effective the date thereof, And petitioner, by his attorney Randall T. Tesser, Esq., having moved this Court on November 27, 2023, for an order pursuant to 22 NYCRR § 1240.22(b) reinstating him as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York, And the Attorney Grievance Committee, by Jorge Dopico, its Chief Attorney, having submitted a letter, dated November 22, 2023, stating, inter alia, that it does not oppose the motion for reinstatement, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and the affidavit of petitioner, sworn to on November 15, 2023, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is unanimously,
Ordered that the motion is granted, and petitioner Scott E. Greenberg is reinstated to practice law in the State of New York, effective the date hereof. Petitioner is directed to immediately register with, and pay to, the Office of Court Administration any applicable registration fees in compliance with Judiciary Law § 468-a.
