Opinion
Case No: 07-18958-PM.
November 26, 2008
Karen H. Moore, Federal Bar No: 10510, Moore Steele, LLC, Greenbelt, Maryland, Counsel for Greenbelt CT Imaging Center, LLC.
William C. Crenshaw, Federal Bar No: 10063, Powell Goldstein LLP, Washington, DC, Counsel for FLA Limited Partnership.
Greenbelt CT Imaging Center, LLC, the Debtor and Debtor-in-Possession herein (the "Debtor"), and F.L.A. Limited Partnership ("F.L.A."), by undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate and agree to a second extension of time for F.L.A. to reply to the Debtor's Objection to Claim filed by F.L.A. [395] from November 25, 2008 to December 5, 2008 for the following reasons:
1. On October 21, 2008, Debtor filed its Objection to Claim filed by F.L.A [395].
2. F.L.A.'s original response date was November 20, 2008. The parties negotiated in good faith to attempt to resolve Debtor's Objection but were unable to come to an agreement prior to the response date. The parties therefore stipulated to an extension of time to November 25, 2008 for F.L.A. to file its response, which the Court granted.
3. The parties have continued to negotiate in good faith to attempt to resolve Debtor's Objection but to date have been unable to do so. The parties hereby stipulate to a second and final extension of time to December 5, 2008 for F.L.A. to file its response.
4. The parties agree not to seek a further extension (unless they reach an agreement resolving the Objection) and if they are unable to reach an agreement will attempt to narrow the issues in controversy for the Court.
SO ORDERED.
