Appeal from a judgment (denominated order) of the Supreme Court, Jefferson County (James P. McClusky, J.), entered August 18, 2020 in a CPLR article 78 proceeding. The judgment granted the petition.

Now, upon reading and filing the stipulation of discontinuance signed by the attorneys for the parties on March 9 and 10, 2021, It is hereby ORDERED that said appeal is unanimously dismissed without costs upon stipulation.
