STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER RESOLVING COMPLAINT OF THE UNITED STATES TRUSTEE OBJECTING TO DISCHARGE OF DEBTOR
WHEREAS, on April 15, 2008, Charlene E. Gray (the "Debtor") was granted a discharge in the above-referenced case; WHEREAS, on July 24, 2008, the United States Trustee filed a Complaint requesting the Court revoke Debtor's discharge;
WHEREAS, the Debtor and the United States Trustee desire to resolve the request for relief prayed for in the United States Trustee's Complaint by the terms of this Stipulation and Consent Order.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Debtor and the United States Trustee do agree, stipulate and consent as follows:
1. The foregoing recitals are true and correct;
2. The Debtor, as evidenced by her signature below, hereby voluntarily consents to a revocation her discharge in this case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 727(d); and
3. The Debtor's discharge be and hereby is revoked.
Having reviewed the terms and conditions of this Stipulation and Consent Order and finding the terms and conditions contained herein to be reasonable, it is by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland, SO ORDERED. SO ORDERED
