Summary of Misconduct:

Ms. Grammar, who was licensed in 1982, was censured. She filed a final report of the estate representative in a probate case in which she falsely represented that copies of the estate inventory and accounting had been mailed or delivered to the surviving spouse of the decedent.


Order of the Court:

The motion by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to approve and confirm the report and recommendation of the Hearing Board is allowed, and respondent Susan Freedman Grammar is censured.
