ORDER

LEWIS A. KAPLAN, District Judge.

Albert Gnat, one of the defendants in the adversary proceeding, by letter has sought clarification of whether the Court's order of February 25, 2002 meant to withdraw the reference insofar as the adversary proceeding has been brought against him. It did not. Mr. Gnat is free to move to withdraw the reference, thus giving the plaintiff a full opportunity to be heard on the issue as far as he is concerned.
