406 ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 23-180, recommending on the record certified to the Board pursuant to Rule 1:20-4(f) (default by respondent) that Michael A. Gorokhovich of Blackwood, who was admitted to the 407bar of this State in 2004, should be reprimanded for violating RPC 1.15(d) (failing to comply with the recordkeeping requirements of Rule 1:21-6) and RPC 8.1(b) (failing to cooperate with disciplinary authorities); and
The Disciplinary Review Board having further recommended that respondent should be required to (1) complete a recordkeeping course pre-approved by the Office of Attorney Ethics within sixty days of this order; (2) submit proof to the Office of Attorney Ethics, within sixty days of this order, that the recordkeeping deficiencies identified during the audit have been corrected; and (3) provide to the Office of Attorney Ethics monthly reconciliations of respondent’s attorney accounts, on a quarterly basis, for two years;
And good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that Michael A. Gorokhovich is hereby reprimanded; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent shall (1) complete a recordkeeping course pre-approved by the Office of Attorney Ethics within sixty days; (2) submit proof to the Office of Attorney Ethics, within sixty days, that the recordkeeping deficiencies identified during the audit have been corrected; and (3) provide to the Office of Attorney Ethics monthly reconciliations of respondent’s attorney accounts, on a quarterly basis, for two years; and it is further
ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent’s file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.
