STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER RE EXTENSION OF TIME FOR UST TO FILE OBJECTION TO NOTICE OF ABANDONMENT OF PROPERTY


Steven H. Greenfeld, Chapter 7 Trustee (hereafter "Chapter 7 Trustee"), and the United States Trustee for Region 4 (hereafter "United States Trustee"), by and through their respective undersigned counsel, have agreed to extend the time within which the United States Trustee may file his objection to the Notice of Abandonment of Property (Dkt. No. 41) (hereafter "Notice").

The Chapter 7 Trustee and the United States Trustee have stipulated and agreed that the United States Trustee may have up to and including Friday, January 7, 2011 to file an objection to the Notice.

WHEREFORE, the parties request that this Court approve and enter this Stipulation and Consent Order.
