IN RE GOOGLE, LLC

ON PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS

Before Justices Tijerina, Silva, and Peña

ORDER PER CURIAM

PER CURIAM

By petition for writ of mandamus, relator Google, LLC (Google) asserts that the trial court abused its discretion by denying its motion to compel the deposition of a representative of the real party in interest, the State of Texas, "thereby depriving Google of the opportunity to understand the State's claims and develop its defense." See Tex. R. Civ. P. 199. The Court requests the real party in interest, the State of Texas, or any others whose interest may be affected by the relief sought, to file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus on or before the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of this order. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.2, 52.4, 52.8.
