IN THE MATTER OF TODD ANDREW GOODMAN, AN ATTORNEY AT LAW (ATTORNEY NO. 021921989)
ORDER
Todd Andrew Goodman of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1989, having pleaded guilty in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania to one count of knowingly dispensing a Schedule II controlled substance without a valid prescription in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 842(a)(1) and (c)(2)(A), and aiding and abetting the distribution of a Schedule II controlled substance in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2;
And good cause appearing; It is ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 1:20-13(b)(1), Todd Andrew Goodman is temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending the final resolution of ethics proceedings against him, effective immediately and until further order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that Todd Andrew Goodman be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that Todd Andrew Goodman comply with Rule 1:20-20 dealing with suspended attorneys; and it is further
ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent’s file as an attorney at law of this State.
