IN RE Abelardo G. GONZALEZ

Sitting: Sandee Bryan Marion, Chief Justice Patricia O. Alvarez, Justice Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice

On June 12, 2020, relator filed a pro petition for writ of mandamus asserting the trial court has failed to hear and rule on his "Motion to Enforce Judgment and Contempt of Court Against CP Under Tx. Gov't Code Sec. 21.002(a) and Request for a Show Cause Hearing Against CP," which was filed on November 25, 2019. This court believes a serious question concerning the mandamus relief sought requires further consideration. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(b). The respondent and the real party in interest may file a response to the petition in this court no later than July 6, 2020. Any such response must conform to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 52.4.

It is so ORDERED June 19, 2020.

PER CURIAM

ATTESTED TO: /s/_________

Michael A. Cruz, Clerk of Court
