This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2024-CI-09317, styled Allen Wrench Handyman & Renovation Services, Inc. v. Jorge I. Fernandez, in the 288th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Mary Lou Alvarez presiding.

ORDER
PER CURIAM
On July 11, 2024, relator filed a petition for a writ of mandamus and a motion for temporary relief. This court believes a serious question concerning the relief sought requires further consideration. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(b). The respondent and the real parties in interest may file a response to the petition no later than August 2, 2024. Any such response must conform to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 52.4.
We GRANT the motion for temporary emergency relief in part as follows:
1. The following decretal paragraph, from the trial court's order dated June 12, 2024, is STAYED pending further order of this court:
The San Antonio District Attorney's Office is hereby ORDERED to produce any and all body camera/interview footage from November 8, 2023, and November 14, 2023, regarding: Jorge Fernandez, Seth Hamilton Allen, John Wayne Allen, and/ or an incident occurring at 16330 Axis Trail, San Antonio, Texas 78232 that can be identified as Hill Country Police Department Incident Number 230781.
2. The remainder of the trial court's June 12, 2024 order is not stayed.
It is so ORDERED.
