This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2017CI10553, styled Janet Kay Zepeda and Husband, Ernest Gerard Zepeda, Jr. v. Matthew Abel Gonzales, pending in the 45th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas. The Honorable Aaron S. Haas signed the order at issue in the proceeding.
ORDER
Relator filed an unopposed motion to dismiss his petition for writ of mandamus because the parties reached an agreement to settle their dispute. We grant the motion and dismiss the petition for writ of mandamus.
