ORDER APPOINTING TRUSTEE

Upon consideration of Petitioner Philip H. Lowenthal, Esq.'s motion for appointment of trustee to inventory files and protect clients' interests pursuant to Rule 2.20 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of the State of Hawai'i (RSCH) and motion for waiver of filing fee, and the papers in support thereof,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion for appointment of a trustee is granted, and Wailuku attorney F. Matson Kelley is appointed as Trustee to inventory the files of deceased Wailuku attorney Stephen E. Goldsmith, and to take such action as seems indicated to protect the interests of Mr. Goldsmith's former clients.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Trustee shall assume all of the duties enumerated in RSCH 2.20(c), and such other duties as may be granted by further order of this court.

IT IS FINALLY ORDERED that for good cause shown the $125.00 filing fee for this case is waived.
