An order having been entered on September 8, 2021, granting respondent-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Philip Rothschild, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Philip Rothschild, Esq., dated September 9, 2021, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that Eileen P. Perry, Esq., 81 Two Ponds Road, Falmouth, Massachusetts 02540, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered April 21, 2021, in place and stead of Philip Rothschild, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Onondaga County Family Court Clerk provide Philip Rothschild, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
