The reporter's record in this accelerated appeal involving the termination of appellant's parental rights is past due. By postcard notice dated December 21, 2023, we directed Ms. Rivera to file the reporter's record within ten days. To date, Ms. Rivera has not complied. Accordingly, we ORDER Ms. Rivera to file the reporter's record no later than January 12, 2024.
