DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT
Motion by Ronald J. Glick for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Glick was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on August 1, 1984. By opinion and order on motion of this Court dated September 16, 1991, Mr. Glick was disbarred based on his conviction of a felony and his name was struck from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 14, 2010, Mr. Glick's motion for reinstatement was held in abeyance and the matter was referred to the Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on his current fitness to be an attorney, including, but not limited to, the underlying circumstances of his conviction; his missing tax returns for the years 2005 and 2007; the failure to list his employment as a substitute teacher; and the absence of any letters of support.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the report of the Committee on Character and Fitness and the exhibits annexed thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Ronald J. Glick does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
ENG, P.J., MASTRO, RIVERA, SKELOS and COHEN, JJ., concur.
