Betsy Kramer, Esq., Lawyers for Children, Inc., attorney for the subject children, having taken an appeal on their behalf from an order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about October 13, 2016, And, said counsel for the subject children having moved on their behalf to stay the aforesaid order of the Family Court, and to stay the permanent neglect fact-finding proceeding until Family Court determines the pending order to show cause requesting that counsel be relieved from certain portions of representation, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion is granted on condition that the appeal is perfected for the May 2017 Term; without prejudice to any party moving to vacate the stay should Family Court grant the request relieving counsel with respect to representation of subject child Gisele.
