ORDER

PER CURIAM :

AND NOW, this 20th day of May, 2013, Scott Browning Gilly having been suspended from the practice of law in the Southern District of New York for a period of one year by Opinion and Order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York entered February 5, 2013, and the said Scott Browning Gilly having stated that he has no objection to the imposition of reciprocal discipline in this Commonwealth in accordance with Rule 216, Pa.R.D.E., it is

ORDERED that Scott Browning Gilly is suspended from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of one year and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.
