ON PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS

Before Justices Tijerina, Silva, and Peña

ORDER

PER CURIAM

Relator Germania Farm Mutual Insurance Association filed a petition for writ of mandamus asserting that the trial court abused its discretion by appointing an umpire in violation of the terms of the appraisal provision at issue in the underlying case. The Court requests the real party in interest, Jorge Garcia, or any others whose interest may be affected by the relief sought, to file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus on or before the expiration of ten days from the date of this order. See Tex. R. App. P 52.2, 52.4, 52.8.
