IN RE GEORGE BISHOP, Relator

Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator, George Bishop, has filed a petition for a writ of mandamus, challenging the trial court's orders that denied his "Supplement to Amended Motion for New Trial" and "Second Supplement to Amended Motion for New Trial." Relator also requests a stay of the final judgment in the underlying trial court proceeding pending a ruling on his petition.

The underlying case is Commission for Lawyer Discipline v. George M. Bishop, III (201607074), Cause No. 36282, in the 21st District Court of Washington County, Texas, the Honorable Brenda Kennedy presiding.

We deny the petition, and dismiss the request for a stay of the judgment as moot.

PER CURIAM Panel consists of Chief Justice Radack and Justices Jennings and Lloyd.
