In re Generator Supercenter, Inc., Generator Supercenter Franchising, LLC,Matthew Metcalfe, and Stephen Cruise

Probate Court No. 1 of Harris County Trial court case No: 503,109-401

ORDER

Richard Hightower, Judge

Relators Generator Supercenter, Inc., Generator Supercenter Franchising, LLC, Matthew Metcalfe, and Stephen Cruise have filed a petition for writ of mandamus challenging the trial court's December 20, 2023 order overruling relators' objections to the request for production served by real parties in interest and ordering relators to produce all documents responsive to each request in which the objections were overruled. The trial court subsequently ordered relators to comply with this December 20, 2023 order by February 2, 2024.

Relators also filed a motion for emergency relief, asking that we stay the trial court proceedings. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.10. The Court requested a response to this motion and real parties opposed a stay of all trial court proceedings.

The Court grants relators' motion for emergency relief in part, and orders the December 20, 2023 order of the trial court stayed pending disposition of the petition for writ of mandamus.

It is so ORDERED.
