ORDER

RICHARD HIGHTOWER, JUDGE.

On January 8, 2024, relators Generator Supercenter, Inc., Generator Supercenter Franchising, LLC, Matthew Metcalfe, and Stephen Cruise, filed a petition for writ of mandamus and a motion for an emergency stay of the trial court's December 20, 2023 discovery order. The December 20, 2023 order contained no deadline for the production of documents. In their emergency motion, relators stated that a hearing would be held on January 9, 2024 to set a date for the production of documents subject to the trial court's December 20, 2023 order.

Relator shall advise the Court immediately of any order signed by the trial court at the hearing on January 9, 2024, and of any other ruling by the trial court that is of relevance to this proceeding.

The Court orders real party in interest, Rudolph M. Culp, Temporary Administrator Pending Contest of the Estate of Wesley J. Metcalfe, to file a response to the motion for emergency stay. The response shall be filed by 5:00 p.m., Friday, January 12, 2024.

Real party in interest is further directed to file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus by Tuesday, January 30, 2024.

It is so ORDERED.
