GENERAL ORDER SUSPENDING PROVISIONS OF LOCAL RULES THAT REQUIRE FILING OF ADDITIONAL COPIES

The Court has determined that the copies of bankruptcy petitions, lists, schedules, statements, amendments, proofs of claim, and complaints, required by Local Bankruptcy Rules 1007-1(a), 1009-1(d), 3001-1, and 7003-1, are no longer necessary in that the parties for whom such copies were provided are now furnished with copies of those documents by electronic means.
