ORDER

PER CURIAM.

On May 24, 2022, the court reinstated this appeal and ordered appellant to file a brief within fourteen days. On June 7, 2022, appellant filed a brief that was returned by the court because it did not comply with the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. See Tex. R. App. P. 9.9, 9.10.

Unless appellant files a compliant brief with this court on or before July 1, 2022, the appeal is subject to dismissal without further notice for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b).
