Petition for writ of habeas corpus denied (AA)
Petitioner's request for judicial notice is granted.
With respect to the petition for writ of habeas corpus filed December 28, 2004, Claim One is denied on the merits. All remaining claims, except to the extent those claims were the subject of the evidentiary hearing (see Claims Two and Three), are denied as moot. (See In re Gay (2020) 8 Cal.5th 1059, 1092.) Petitioner is remanded to the Superior Court of Los Angeles County for further proceedings.
