ORDER

PER CURIAM :

AND NOW, this 17th day of July, 2013, David P. Gaudio, a member of the Bar of this Commonwealth, having been excluded on consent from the practice of law before the United States Patent and Trademark Office by the Final Order of that Office dated December 12, 2012; the said David P. Gaudio having been directed on March 20, 2013, to inform this Court of any claim he has that the imposition of the comparable discipline of disbarment in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor; and upon consideration of the responses filed, it is

ORDERED that David P. Gaudio is disbarred from the practice of law in this Commonwealth and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.
