ORDER This matter having been duly presented on the motion of Andrew Frank Garruto of Nutley, seeking to terminate the requirement imposed by the Court in its Order filed April 8, 2020, that respondent provide to the Office of Attorney Ethics his monthly attorney account reconciliations on a quarterly basis for a period of two (2) years;
And the Office of Attorney Ethics having interposed no objection to the relief sought, and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that the motion is granted.
