ORDER

The Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline filed a petition seeking an order temporarily suspending respondent from the practice of law and requiring him to deliver his files to the Board. By order dated October 21, 1994, respondent was ordered to appear before this Court at 3:00 p.m., on November 15, 1994, to show cause why the petition should not be granted. Respondent did not appear at the hearing.

IT IS ORDERED that respondent is temporarily suspended from the practice of law until further order of this Court.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that respondent shall deliver his client files to the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline within twenty days of the date of this Order.
