Do not publish. Tex.R.App.P. 47.2 (b).

ON PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS

Before Justices Longoria, Tijerina, and Peña

ORDER

PER CURIAM

Relator Izayik Garcia has filed a petition for writ of mandamus asserting that the trial court abused its discretion by: (1) failing to grant relator's application for writ of habeas corpus seeking release because of delay; and (2) violating relator's right to a personal bond or a bond he can financially afford. See Tex. Code Crim. Proc. Ann. § 17.151.

The Court requests the real party in interest, the State of Texas, acting by and through Jose Aliseda, the District Attorney of Bee County, Texas, or any others whose interest may be affected by the relief sought, to file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus on or before the expiration of ten days from the date of this order. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.2, 52.4, 52.8.
