The Secretary of the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is ordered to show cause before the Los Angeles County Superior Court why petitioner is not entitled to reconsideration of his sentence under Penal Code section 12022.5, subdivision (c), as conceded by the Attorney General in his informal response filed October 20, 2020.
