Opinion
ORDER CHANGING OPINION
On its own motion, the court hereby
ORDERS that the opinion in the above case, which was filed on June 11, 2001, and reported at 106 Wash.App. 625, 24 P.3d 1091 (2001), shall be changed as follows:
(1) The term "Moral Recognition Therapy (MRT)" in the first full paragraph on page 628[, 24 P.3d 1091] [2nd column, first paragraph, tenth line from top of page 1093 of 24 P.3d] of the advance sheet shall be stricken.
(2) The term "Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) 3" shall be substituted for the term in paragraph 1 of this order.
(3) The text of footnote 3 noted in paragraph 2 of this order shall be inserted at the bottom of the appropriate page, and shall read as follows: In their briefs and other materials, the parties refer at various times to the therapy at issue as "Moral Recognition Therapy," "Moral Reconation Therapy," and "Moral Recogniztion [sic] Therapy." For purposes of our opinion, we refer to "Moral Reconation Therapy" and designate it as "MRT." The references by the parties in their briefs and other materials to other names does not affect our analysis or conclusion.
(4) All footnotes following the new footnote 3 shall be renumbered accordingly.
