STORES, L.P. TO RESPOND TO FIRST AMENDED JOINT PLAN OF
REORGANIZATION UNDER CHAPTER 11 OF THE BANKRUPTCY CODE
The above-captioned debtors and debtors-in-possession, by and through their undersigned counsel, the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors, by and through its undersigned counsel, and Best Buy Stores, L.P. ("Best Buy"), by and through its undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate and agree as follows:
Stipulations
1. On March 16, 2012, the Bankruptcy Court approved the Disclosure Statement to Accompany the First Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization Under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code (the "Plan") [Docket No. 118].
2. The deadline to respond to the Plan is April 13, 2012.
3. The Deadline for Best Buy to respond to the Plan is hereby extended through and including April 16, 2012.
Consent Order
NOW, THEREFORE, upon the consent of the parties hereto, the foregoing Stipulation is hereby APPROVED.
