CONSENT ORDER
This matter having been duly opened to the Court by the Director of the Office of Attorney Ethics, and with the consent of respondent, MARY JEAN GALLAGHER of BLOOMFIELD, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1972, and through her counsel, Dennis Gaglione, Esquire, seeking to be transferred to disability inactive status pursuant to Rule 1:20–12;
And the Office of Attorney Ethics and respondent, through counsel, having agreed that respondent presently lacks the capacity to engage in the practice of law, and should be transferred to disability inactive status pursuant to Rule 1:20–12, and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that MARY JEAN GALLAGHER is hereby transferred to disability inactive status, effective immediately, and until the further Order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that MARY JEAN GALLAGHER is hereby restrained from practicing law during the period that she remains on disability-inactive status; and it is furtherORDERED that all funds, if any, presently existing in any New Jersey financial institution and maintained by MARY JEAN GALLAGHER, pursuant to Rule 1:21–6, shall continue to be subject to the supervision of the court-appointed Attorney–Trustee, Dennis J. Drasco, Esquire; and it is further
ORDERED that at the conclusion of the attorney-trusteeship, any funds remaining shall be deposited with the Superior Court Trust Fund, where they shall remain restrained from disbursement pending the further Order of this Court, for good cause shown; and it is further
ORDERED that MARY JEAN GALLAGHER comply will Rule 1:20–20 governing incapacitated attorneys.
