THE FLORIDA BAR Re: Michael Walter GAINES.


The uncontested report of the referee is approved and Michael Walter Gaines is reinstated effective immediately under the terms and conditions set forth in the report.

Michael Walter Gaines is further placed on probation for three years effective immediately under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and the stipulation for summary proceedings.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399–2300, for recovery of costs from Michael Walter Gaines in the amount of $1,033.28, for which sum let execution issue.

The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this reinstatement.
