MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator contends the district clerk erred in not filing his post-conviction petition for writ of habeas corpus. We conclude we do not have jurisdiction to grant the relief requested. Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221 (Vernon 2004). Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a).
