DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

By order dated October 16, 2020, appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel, to be represented by the Rural Law Center of New York. By letter dated December 14, 2020, Kristin Bluvas, Esq., on behalf of the Rural Law Center, requested to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate. By decision and order dated February 16, 2021, counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated February 22, 2021, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by March 22, 2021. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
